Each NFT is a separate smart-contract on the Everscale blockchain. When you send a transaction to a smart-contract and it bounces, the problem is not on the website.
The website does not interact with the contracts directly, it just provides an interface for interaction. This leads to the fact that the website sometimes does not correctly display the status of a particular item (smart-contract) because it never received a message from BC about the status change. You can try to put the item on sale, but the transaction will come back.
We are constantly working on improving the algorithms of status display, but this task is not that simple, because there are more than 19K items on the market and they all have different standards and different codes.
